This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our WordPress templates and digital products.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on mypure market are digital downloads
(WordPress templates, design kits, website packs, etc.).
Digital files cannot be “returned”, therefore refund rules differ from physical goods.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You bought the wrong item or no longer need it.
• You lack the software or knowledge required to use the product.
• You expected features not listed in the product description.
• You have already downloaded the files successfully.

3. Refunds May Be Granted If

We may approve a refund ONLY in the following specific cases:

• The file is corrupted or unusable, and replacement is not possible.
• You didn’t receive the product due to a technical error on our side.
• The product description is significantly inaccurate.

4. Order Cancellation

Because our products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled
once the download link has been generated.

5. PayPal Disputes

Before opening a PayPal dispute, please contact us.
We always respond quickly and aim to find a solution.

Unjustified disputes may result in providing PayPal with:

• Proof of digital delivery
• Download logs
• Communication history
